Hi sparkbird,
Since icescrum2_db.tmp contains the data, it seems that you were using the HSQLDB when you created your project and users. When you changed the IS² database configuration, did you restart the server before starting to use the software ? The administration config's changes only take effects after restarting the server (if you were using the Administration Panel, there is a wrong message showing up when you confirm the changes, IS² will not restart the server automatically, we forgot to change that message ...).

If you restore IS² original configuration and restart the server, you should be able to access your previous data. Then, use the "Save project" option in the menu to export all your data with its users. Switch back to your MySQL configuration (don't forget to restart the server once again) and use the "Load project" option in the menu, the users associated with the projects will automatically be restored too (but you may lose members that w...

Claude, nous utilisons effectivement la R2#15. Il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir changer la story à un test car on n'est jamais à l'abri d'une erreur (humaine au moins).

La demande a été faite aussi pour les tâches (changer la story d'une tâche). Je l'ajoute au backlog. On peut aussi améliorer l'ergonomie pour diminuer l'occurrence d'une erreur.

Votre question n'est pas relative à IceScrum, ni même à Scrum d'ailleurs. Je vous donne mon point de vue quand même : un ergonome a du travail en amont, il doit anticiper pour préparer le travail des développeurs dans le sprint suivant, mais il a aussi son mot à dire dans le sprint courant. Les recommandations ergonomiques font partie de la définition de ce que signifie fini, doivent être connues de tous et il est préférable de voir le plus tôt possible s'il y a des difficultés à les appliquer.

Nous upgraderons la version de tomcat du prochain bundle dès la prochaine release. Merci pour ce retour, vous avez corrigé un bug

Pour les remarques, ça semble normal pour le table not found puisque l'application va créer les tables non existantes. Le bundle est paramétré pour stocker dans une bd embarquée (HSQLDB) sous forme de fichier. Je conseille de modifier ces paramètres (voir posts spécifiques ou sur le site) pour sensiblement améliorer les performances des opérations en BD.

Pour le NullPE, il s'agit d'une fermeture non correcte de la BD lors de l'execution du bundle (bug présent dans la 14.2). Les prochaines executions avec la 15 feront rentrer dans l'ordre tout ça normalement.

Pour le nom nous allons vérifier et corriger, les anciennes versions de tomcat ne signalaient pas ceci.

Some work will improve this issue certainly. Actually you can close project with scrum master, onlyStakeholder will be able to join and see the project in Read only fashion. If you don't want Stakeholder, you can also hide the project from joining. (R15 stuff, see releasenotes)

Maybe I'm wrong but can't you visit this forum without being registered? So can't you manage to display the taskboard for the outside world so everybody can see the status of the TEAM, the stories and the bugs. Maybe it's a policy which you have to set to allow this.

Bonsoir,

L'application iceScrum2 ne fonctionne pas sur un environnement LAMP (ou WAMP),
étant donné que ce n'est pas développé en PHP mais en Java.

Le bundle est livré avec un serveur Apache Tomcat. Lorsque vous lancez le .bat
celui-ci lance le serveur Tomcat inclus.

iceScrum2 est accessible via l'url "http://localhost:8080/icescrum2"

Merci pour votre feedback. Quelques réponses ci-dessous :

* Story Point -- Impossibilité d'assigner un story point librement (l'interface utilise une liste). Quand nous jouons aux cartes, et que nous ne sommes pas d'accord, pour trouver un consensus nous assignons parfois une valeur qui n'existe pas dans le jeu de carte. Votre interface est donc trop rigide par opposition à agile.

Par défaut, c'est la suite de Fibonacci qui est proposée pour les story points. Vous pouvez modifier cela dans les caractéristiques du projet, en utilisant les entiers. Cela répond à votre besoin qui est tout à fait justifié, je procède de la même façon.

* Business Value -- Pour chaque élément du BackLog le PO assigne une business Value (chiffre entre 0 et 999). Ce chiffre peut etre réévalué à tout instant par la PO. Cela permet au PO de prioriser les éléments dans le BackLog selon une perspective Business.

Bonjour et excusez-nous pour cette réponse tardive.

Il fût un temps où la Roadmap était disponible sur le site, elle donnait les directions du logiciel, mais elle n'était plus mise à jour depuis un moment et est devenue obsolète, nous l'avions donc retirée il y a quelque temps déjà.

Le backlog de produit n'est, à ma connaissance, actuellement pas accessible publiquement.
Toutes les remarques et propositions faites par nos utilisateurs sont étudiées et éventuellement ajoutées dans le backlog bien entendu

Il arrive cependant que des screenshots du backlog de produit soient postés sur notre compte Twitter par notre product owner. Par exemple, le 7 Janvier dernier, un Tweet montrait un extrait du backlog de produit actuel d'IceScrum (voir ce lien).

You have probably found the answer to your questions by yourself since then, but in case someone is still wondering :

Task
-Has this been changed in v2? I can not figure it out how to assign a task to a developer. I can only see the option to assign to your self.

You can't assign a task to someone else in IceScrum². Developers have to take the tasks by themselve.

Issue
- I dont see how you can assign an issue to a sprint or to a person, how can this be done?

This can't be done either, you can only add issues and change their state ("solving", "solved", ...), but they are not linked to a sprint or a person.

The planning poker in Icescrum² works as followed :

The team members and the Product Owner connect on the Planning pokerboard.
The Product Owner can start the "game" by clicking on the "Start game" button on the right of the window:

If there are already some values on the board before the game has started, click on "Start game" and then on "Stop" to reinitialize thegame.
When the game start, the first story that is not estimated in the product backlog is displayed on the left of the window:

The log files of Tomcat can also be useful.

Hi Johnny,

In Icescrum², therelease plan lists all thesprints planned for a particular release (a release you have previously created in the roadmap).
Thesprint backlog lists all thetasks that are to be done in a specific sprint.
If you have already created a release, you can create a new sprint in the release plan by clicking on the icon.
Then, you'll have to put some estimated stories in the sprint. To do so, open theproduct backlog , and estimate a few stories, then go back to therelease plan . In the "minimized views" on the left, you should have a widget called "Product Backlog" with a list of your estimated stories.

Si vous utilisez HSQLDb (de base avec is2) la base de données est stockée :
/.icescrum/icescrum2/XXX_db.tmp.*

Vérifiez si ce fichier est bien présent sinon vous avez tout perdu...

Hi Johnny,

The delete action is located in the Project Characteristics page. Click on the link "Project : " on the top part of the page, then expand the "Project actions" panel, you'll find there the "Delete project" option. You can only do this with the Product Owner role.

You can also delete the project with the server admin account.

Je me demande comment faire en sorte que je puisse accéder à IceScrum via l'URL :http://{IP-de-mon-serveur}:8080/
